Ms Flaa is a visionary entrepreneur who began her career testing space flight hardware at NASA. She was QA Manager at Symantec and several Bay Area startups before starting her own businesses (6 so far).

She has consulted with executives and entrepreneurs about presenting live and on video so they can avoid the mistakes that diminish audience confidence.

She is the author of "The Happiness Handbook: Living Your Extraordinary Life", "White Fawn" and her Hurricane Ian story is featured in "Storm Stories". She is vocalist for the rock band, Urban Fiction and vintage jazz duo, Zippy Katz and the tiki bar favorite Wild Life Drive.
